Our own Silvio Battistoni is pleased to present his cooking classes. During the course, Our chef will reveal some of the secrets of haute cuisine to make your dinners with friends and family even more special. The Chef will present from the elegant Mise en Place to how to prepare excellent homemade bread, from pasta to dessert and their most sophisticated and visually striking presentations.
